A bubbly fun class for children ages 3 & 4 without parent participation. Class activities include use of colorful props (hoops, scarves, and ribbon sticks) along with character acting through nursery rhymes and story dances. Early beginning for ballet with exploration in fast and slow music, as well as tap dance preparation by use of rhythm and balance. Students must wear pink all leather ballet shoes, pink or white tights, and any color leotard. Classes are once a week for 45 minutes in seasonal year round sessions.
(First Steps is the prerequisite for all 4 year olds.) An early introduction for the young dancer to ballet and tap dancing. Class includes 30 minutes of basic beginning ballet steps and vocabulary. Also includes 20 minutes of warm ups and sing-along routines. Pink all leather ballet shoes and black tap shoes are required. Any style and color of dance wear is acceptable, with pink or white tights. Classes are once a week for 50 minutes in seasonal year round sessions.

Graduated ballet and tap steps for ages 6-8. Includes ballet warm ups at the barre, introduction to center floor work, and combinations across the floor. Tap includes graded technique levels of 1 and 2. Pink all leather ballet shoes and black tap shoes are required. Students may wear any color or style leotard, a single layer skirt, and pink or white tights. Classes are once a week for 50 minutes in seasonal year round sessions.
Ballet vocabulary and technique taught through barre and center floor work, as well as across the floor combinations and connecting steps. Training combinations and performance routines are taught throughout the session. Pink all leather ballet shoes are required. Students may wear any color or style leotard, a single layer skirt, and pink or white tights. Hair should be neatly pulled back, braided or in a bun for class. Classes are once a week for 50 minutes in seasonal year round sessions.
A class combining ballet and jazz technique, taught with smooth moves to the music. Great class for jazz students who need to learn more technique in ballet type moves, or ballet students who want some jazz experience without the hip hop beat. Students are required to wear any style black leotard (short sleeve, tank, or cami) with black capri pants or black jazz pants, specific Lyrical shoes and hip alignment belt (available in Step-In-Time Boutique). A class combining the techniques of ballet while introducint contemporary dance and combos in 3-6 week intervals. History of dance and current studies of artists are included in the curricula. For the ballet segment of the program, students are required to wear any style black leotard (short sleeve, tank, or cami), pink all leather split sole ballet shoes, theatrical pink conversion tights with backseam, and hip alignment belt (available in Step-In-Time Boutique). For the Lyrical segment of the program, they may add black capri pants or black jazz pants and specific Lyrical shoes--see boutique for sample. Students will be placed in appropriate pre-pointe/pointe class for barre, center work and across the floor combination, based on level of ability. Students are required to wear any style black leotard (short sleeve, tank or cami) pink all leather split sole ballet shoes, theatrical pink conversion tights with backseam, and hip alignment belt (available in Step-In-Time Boutique). Ballet for adults with little or no previous experience. Each session will progress forward to new levels of challenge. Vocabulary, body positioning, connecting steps and combinations will all be taught with focus on each student's individual ability. Great exercise and appreciation of classical music, while increasing coordination, timing and flow to music. Leotards and tights are recommended along with pink all leather ballet shoes.
